A notifiable privacy breach is generally where personal information has been accessed, disclosed, altered, lost or destroyed without authorisation, and it is reasonable to believe serious harm has occurred or is likely to occur.
The Office of the Privacy Commissioner expects notifiable breaches to be reported as soon as possible, ideally no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach.

HUDDA Studio may provide services to children and young people.
